HUCKTOFLAT Warranty Terms
HUCKTOFLAT warranties against manufacturing defects on all products for the period of 6 months. We will repair or replace any item verified as a legitimate warranty claim.
HUCKTOFLAT Chimera Stems are warrantied against manufacturing defects for the life of the product.
What is covered?
This Warranty covers the original purchaser from defects in materials, paint and workmanship from the original purchase date for a period of 6 months (product lifetime for Chimera Stems).
Transfer of the item from the original purchaser to another person terminates this limited warranty and proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty period.
Where we repair or replace items under Warranty they are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period and subject to the conditions outlined in the original warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover any defect caused by wear and tear, accident, neglect, improper handling, abuse, misuse, improper assembly, incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs, non-compliance with recommended maintenance and care procedures.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Send an email to info@hucktoflat.com.au with a detailed description and pictures of the issue.
We will then contact you on how to proceed.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
